Growing spinach
Spinach are very good for your help and they can be grown the whole year.

We have recycled a plastic container from our food making few wholes on the bottom of the container.
Fill up your container with a mixed of soil, worm humus, perlite and vermiculite.
After, place the seeds on top of it and cover them with a thin layer of worm humus. Then press it a little bit and water it abundantly for the first time.
Then wait between 4 and 14 days until small leafs start appearing.
We should keep our plant in the following conditions:
- Water every 2 or 3 days when the soil starts getting dry
- Keep our plants in a temperature from 10-27ºC
